Communication Marketing Specialist

Selsi Enterprises is looking for a part-time Communication Marketing Specialist to join our creative and collaborative team! This position will strategize and develop compelling written content for social media, digital and printed promotional material, website content, videos and more.

This role requires an excellent communicator and independent self-starter with a detailed-oriented mindset.

  • Write, optimize and edit content for all client communication and material including emails, newsletters, and social media posts
  • Create, design and implement social media strategies and posting schedules based on themes and overall marketing goals and curate content accordingly
  • Record, analyze and report on key performance metrics and campaign performance
  • Develop, implement and manage paid campaigns
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users on social platforms

Desirable Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, related degree or 2-3 years of equivalent experience
  • Experience in social media management, monitoring and engagement, including Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Thorough understanding of contemporary digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skill with attention to details and accuracy
  • A commitment to producing consistently accurate and high-quality work, even under pressure and deadlines
