Hire A Fractional CCO Today
Does your company need a Chief Communications Officer, but not full-time? Let the team at Selsi Enterprises help your organization reach its goals by bringing in executive-level brainpower not only to achieve but also exceed your 2024 goals.
Here are a few reasons why you should hire a fractional CCO:
-
Cost-effectiveness: A fractional CCO provides organizations with access to top-tier communications expertise without the burden of full-time salary and benefits. This can be particularly beneficial for smaller organizations or those with limited budgets.
-
Strategic guidance: A fractional CCO can bring a fresh perspective and strategic vision to an organization’s communications efforts. They can help develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan that aligns with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
-
Expertise in specific areas: Fractional CCOs often have specialized expertise in certain areas of communications, such as public relations, crisis communications, or social media. This can be invaluable to organizations that need help navigating complex or challenging communications situations.
-
Flexibility and scalability: Fractional CCO arrangements can be tailored to meet the specific needs of an organization. The CCO can provide as much or as little support as needed, and the engagement can be scaled up or down as the organization’s needs change.
-
Access to a wider network: Fractional CCOs often have extensive networks of contacts in the media, public relations, and marketing industries. This can be a valuable resource for organizations that are looking to expand their reach and build relationships with key influencers.
In addition to these benefits, fractional CCOs can also help organizations:
- Improve employee communication
- Enhance brand reputation
- Manage crises effectively
- Attract and retain top talent

The Importance of the Right Product
It does not matter if an organization hires the best CMO or the best marketing staff – if the product is not what the consumer desires, the chances for great success are limited. So, how actively are you watching the market? Are the consumers looking for what you have to offer?
In this world of internet marketing, marketing is no longer about one-way communication. The key is engagement. How many times can you make contact with your prospective customer? Chat and instant messaging must now be a part of your business environment. People are busy and they are looking for instant gratification.
Constant, ongoing research must be done to make sure you are offering the right product at the right price point. I am not suggesting that you as a business owner go out and spend thousands on highly scientific research, but I do think that it is important to ask people that you are meeting about your business. Some questions to ask may be shaped like, “Do you have a need for my product or service” or “What forms of advertisement do you notice the most?” This will help you in understanding the psychology of the person that you are trying so hard to reach.
The best method that I have to constantly remind myself about is the KISS method (Keep it simple stupid). Sometimes this is hard to do as marketers, but it is usually the best possible way to market to the consumer.
Happy Marketing!!!
The Passing of a Queen
Although her last name was King, she was truly a Queen. Her passing really touched me more than I realized. This world is a different place now and different tactics must be taken in order to make this world a better place. In Mrs. Kings’ interview with Tavis Smiley, she said that the elements of the Peace Movement would still be successful from now until forever. Is this really true?
This was her passion……..so, was she clouded by the vision of her passion? Or is the Peace Movement the answer.
A Simple Question????
How do you find your passion? How is it that one discovers their life purpose?
